Description of the business center:

The business centre has approx. 60 offices from 11 square metres and upwards, all with broadband-internet connection. In access to the business centre there is reception and switch-over service. Moreover, there are 3 smaller meting rooms and if you need to use the buildings bigger meeting rooms or auditoriums, this can be booked through the reception. Each floor has a smaller kitchen and it is also possible for daily use of the staff restaurant and the restaurant. On the ground floor the building’s grocery shop, post office, flower- and gift shops are located. Moreover, the centre has 24 hour access control.

Location of the serviced office space:

With its location in the new and fast growing Ørestad and only a few km away from Copenhagen city, the airport and the Øresunds bridge , it is difficult to find a more central and exclusive address. The business centre is located in Denmark’s biggest and Scandinavia’s second biggest congress centre, which houses many different businesses. There is no better infrastructure with access to highway, metro and busses just outside the door.
