Description of the business center:

The Business Park offers seven buildings designed to maximise your productivity. With a total rental area of 58.530 m², it comprises offices in a wide range of sizes starting from 20m², together with warehouses, laboratories and factories. It is also possible to combine factories and offices in one building. The modern five-storey office block at the entrance forms the heart of the Business Park. Behind it are a variety of premises ranging from small workshops to full-size factories and warehouses all of which, thanks to the Flexispace programme, can be tailored to your precise needs. The buildings, constructed in the 1970s and now extensively restored, are in excellent condition. There are 40 parking spaces available for tenants and visitors on the site itself, and another 260 outside. There is also a casino, a coffee bar and a small supermarket on the property.

Location of the serviced office space:

The Business Park is located in the Obersendling district in the southwest of the Bavarian capital, which has a long industrial tradition and is now a mix of factories and homes. The city is less than 6 kilometres away and can be reached quickly and easily by car or public transport. The site is 45 kilometres or just under an hour from Munich airport via the A92 and A95 or with the public transportation. The Obersendling U-Bahn Station and the Siemenswerke S-Bahn station are located very close by and provide a fast, direct connection to the downtown area and the main station.
