Description of the business center:

You find this business center on the 4th. floor of the "Rathaus-Carreé" which you easily can reach by elevator. The center has 11 fully furnished offices from 1-3 workstations and one meetingroom including AV equipement for up to 16 persons. All offices have CAT-5 cabeling, aircondition and windows from floor to roof. The reception desk provides multilingual secretarial and reception services monday to friday from 8h to 18h.

Location of the serviced office space:

The "Rathaus-Carreé" is located in the most prestigious area in the city center close to the shopping street, but also with easy and fast access to the motorway. Underground parking is available in the building and in the very close neighbourhood (CityHall Parking). The main train station is only 5 minutes from the center and you can reach Saarbrücken Ensheim Airport within 20 minutes.
