This modern five-floor business center was completely restored in 2006. The building has a representative lobby, elevator, air-conditioned business lounge and conference rooms, snack restaurant and a variety of national and international services (Virtual Office, marketing and distribution services, secretarial services, meeting and event management, exhibition services, etc.)

Location of the serviced office space:

The Center is situated in Riesa exactly between the cities of Dresden and Leipzig. The distance to the two international airports is therefore about 60 minutes. A regional airport is located 20 minutes away in Großenhain. You can reach the train station and city center in about 5 minutes. Directly at the Business Center are large parking lots and a public bus stop.
