The Business Center is located in the Kwun Tong area of Hong Kong, a core commercial business district in Kowloon. One of a group of skyscrapers which house offices, residential and retail space, the development is situated on the southern side of Kwun Tong Road near Nqau Tau Kok station. Several small and large companies are located in the area including those working in banking and electronics. The office space is situated on the 32nd floor, there are panoramic harbour and mountain views from the offices.
