This new Business Center provides you offices from 15 m2 located in the Bourmicht enterprise zone, 5 minutes by car from the center of Luxembourg.

The “Easy Business” package includes the following services:

•Use of the commercial address •Standard furnishing of the area •Installation of the phone line set-up and complete computer network wiring •High speed internet and wireless connection •All standard service charges included (water, electricity, gas) •Office cleaning once a week.

The center can provide several options :

•Greeting of visitors at 2 rue Pletzer in Bertrange, in your absence •Fiduciary services based on your activity (domiciliation & accounting) •Reception and forwarding of fax, mails and small packages on request ( twice a month) •Providing of computer equipment and general office supplies •Live telephone answering during business hours (under restrictions) •Possibility of short term renting lease.

Location of the serviced office space:

Easy access: 2 minutes from highway and 5 minutes from the city centre of Luxembourg. Bus n°7 to Bertrange railway station and shuttle to Bourmicht enterprise zone. Car parking on site at your disposal (under restrictions).
