Description of the business center:
This is the business center for the Betuwe region. It offers representative office and workshop space of different sizes, where one can get to work immediately. There is taken care of carpeting, electricity, telephone and internet connections in each office. All the tenant needs to do is move in the furniture and connect the pc. The business center offers a great package of services and facilities to make the life of the tenant much easier, 24/7. There are 22 offices, divided over 3 floors. They vary in size from 25 to 60 m2. The 14 workshop units are on the ground floor, and vary in size from 100 to 200 m2. They all have a monolithic floor, an overhead door with a separate door for persons, and the possibility to set up an own office. The offices and workshops are clearly separated by a hallway, to avoid noise and such. All spaces are reachable internally. The offices can be reached through the central entrance and the workshops have each their own outer door. Every floor is equipped with a pantry and toilet group. There are 4 storage spaces for rent, from 8 to 12 m.
Location of the serviced office space:
The business center is located on a business park not far from Arnhem, directly at the A15 highway (east-west), near the crossing with the A50 (north-south). From here one can easily reach all parts of the Netherlands. The center is within walking distance of a railway station. There is sufficient parking space for tenants and their visitors.
