This business center – located in historical army barracks - is therefore the perfect location for people with a creative profession, for example advertising, web design, architecture, art and culture. The tenant can find a place in this center, customised to his wishes. The offices are 35, 46 or 60 m2 and the technical equipment is up to the tenant. All usual connections are prepared for. All offices are equipped with carpeting, lighting and blinds or curtains. Central heating, ventilation and good isolation provide a perfect climate in both summer and winter. Cleaning, maintenance, and a periodic check-up of all common areas, installations and facilities are all warranted in the rent. The centre offers more than just office space.
