Description of the business center:

This Business Center provides offices from 8 m2 to 50 m2. As a tenant you get access to reception services (DE/EN/RU) from 9.00 a.m. till 7.30 p.m., conference room (3 hours), office cleaning etc. The rent is prepaid on a quarterly basis upon singing of the rent agreement. When calculating the rent payments, the total area of the premises is determined in accordance with the European standards, i.e. by perimeter of the outer walls pro rata the shared use area.

The Business Center is located a minute walk from the metro and a minute walk to cafes, restaurants, banks, boutiques, etc.
