Description:

Attractive offices on one floor, combined offices and open spaces. Bright and pleasant offices on the second floor, with a great view in many directions. The centre was built in 1988, in a modern and functional design by architect Wikforss Arkitekter. In the building there are fast Internet connections. The office is representative and in good condition. It is suitable for both independent companies, as head offices or branches. There are offices for 30-40 workstations and 1-4 people in each room. There are elevators and stair ways from the basement and also a kitchenette and dishwasher.

Location:

The building is good located with bus connections and exits towards central Uppsala and E4. It is close to Uppsala’s new shopping centre around IKEA, Bauhaus etceteras. Other neighbours in the area are e.g. NCC, Bravida, Uppsalahem, Trivselhus and Rodenstock.
