This is a very pleasant and modern office in central Umeå with approx. 25 workstations divided between four rooms in different sizes, in both single- and open offices. The business centre is housed in a beautiful premise located in the top floor on a K-marked wooden house above the popular cafe Schmäck with height in the ceiling, parquet and a fire place. There is access to kitchen and conference room, office machines, paper and coffee.

The business centre is located centrally on Kungsgatan by Renmarkstorget close to communications, good lunch restaurants and with parking possibilities.
