This business center is one of the major business centers in Stockholm. The center offers flexible office solutions to fit your business needs. On the top floor, you have access to bright and modern office space available in different sizes, ranging from offices for one person to large open plan solutions. Furthermore, you can enjoy the common areas such as canteen, teakitchens and four modern conference rooms.

 

Your company can focus on their core business - the center offers receptionist services, fax and photocopying service. The offices are fully furnished and internet is available through a 1000MB line that provides our customers a speed of 100Mbit/si both directions.

 

Garage with access through an elevator that leads directly up to the office floor. In connection with the building there is a loading dock and freight elevator, and there is storage space and archive space available.

Location of the serviced office space:

The business center is located next to "södra länken" and you can reach Stockholm city in 5-7 minutes by car. It is also close to bus stop with frequent services to Gullmarsplan and Älvsjö subway or commuter rail stations. Within a 10 minutes walk you find the multi-path with trams passing between Gullmarssplan and Alvik and subway station.
