The Amsterdam Amstel business centre is in an imposing grey stone office building surrounded by mature trees, on Amstel Business Park on the South Axis, one of the Netherlands' most important business areas. It is near to the rail station, and has an excellent business support infrastructure that is set to develop further as investment in the South Axis is set to continue long-term. Many financial and professional services businesses are based on or near the business park, and there are also a number of data transfer and other knowledge-based businesses in the area. There are also blue chip international chemicals firms based locally. The skyline has a wealth of innovative architecture, and is dominated by the Rembrandt Tower, the tallest building in the Amsterdam area, which is home to many prestigious finance, banking and consulting businesses. The business centre provides a strategically located base from which to work and offers many amenities, including a cyber café.
The center is well located, about a 10 minute drive to the center of Amsterdam with all its café’s and restaurants, along the highway Ring A10 – South, which offers good access to A1 and A2. The metro network and other public transports can be easily reached as well.
