Located in the heart of the European quarter, Mundo Trône offers affordable and sustainable private offices to nonprofits. Mundo Trône is the ideal work environment for collaboration and synergy, hosting more than 30 nonprofits active in the sustainable development sector.

The rent consists of the private office space and the use of the following communal areas:

• Sufficient meeting rooms with credit system through online booking, as well as access to meeting rooms in other Mundo centers. Certain rooms are invoiced separately (conference rooms, restaurants)
• A small kitchen and a “relaxing” space on each floor (except 7^th floor, on the 6^th floor)
• 7 furnished and equipped meeting rooms with various capacities: from 6 to 40 seats
• A reception area for visitors on the ground floor
• A restaurant for up to 50 people (privatisation possible, invoiced separately)
• Toilets on each floor (except 7^th floor), wheelchair accessible toilets on the ground floor
• A parking for cyclists in the underground parking
• A shower
• A communal terrace on the 7th floor
  

The charges and services consist of the following elements:

• Heating and cooling, water, gas and electricity
• Maintenance and cleaning of the building: offices, communal areas, façade, windows…
• Functioning of the elevator and boiler(s)
• Taxes such as property and real estate tax, VAT when applicable, regional and communal tax and of any other public authority
• A full range of IT services (broadband cable Internet, Wi-Fi, firewall, UPS, etc.) and telephony. We have an internal and external support service.
• Reception services (reception, visitor management, meeting room management, mail dispatch and distribution, deliveries, etc.).
• Access to a shared professional printer
• Internal and external communication: website and intranet, visibility, synergies and events
• Access to meeting rooms at other Mundo centres in Brussels, Antwerp and Namur

Mundo Trône is part of the Mundo centers family: eco-designed and eco-managed business centers dedicated to changemakers. Mundo gathers an inspiring network of over 200 organizations within its 6 centers in Belgium. Mundo members have access to meeting rooms in all Mundo centers in Belgium (Brussels (3), Namur, Louvain-la-Neuve, and Antwerp).
