As one of China's most popular and iconic cities, Chengdu is the ideal place to set up or/and expand your business. Numerous sought-after addresses boast coworking spaces in Chengdu, and these venues are really sought-after among tenants. The popularity of such premises lies in the flexibility of rental terms they are offered at, and the affordability when we speak about the rental costs. Throughout history and up to the present times, Chengdu has been and continues to position itself as a favourable business location. Still, rapid development took place here after World War II. Then, the influx of refugees stimulated the growth of trade, commerce, as well as the development of the educational system. Nowadays, it makes great sense to look for shared office space in Chengdu, as the city is home to the highest number of universities and scientific research centers in Southwestern China. It is renowned for a great scientific and research performance, with the output from this branch being one of the most significant in the world. The state council has designated Chengdu as China's western hub for logistics, finance, commerce, science and technology, as well as the hub for communications. Thus, the coworking in Chengdu rental opens multiple opportunities for a vast array of businesses, ensuring them a solid ground for growth. Being a significant leader in new urbanization projects and a benchmark city for an investment environment in inland China, Chengdu has managed to increase the number of international enterprises on its territory. What is more, this megapolis has been chosen as the destination for the establishment of the service outsourcing base in China. All these factors play an essential role in the development of the "new economy" of the region and, thus, fuel the demand for coworking spaces in Chengdu.
