Guangzhou, the capital city of Guangdong province, is an essential political, economic, industrial, and cultural center in the South China region. It boasts a really vast commercial real estate market, with Guangzhou's coworking spaces occupying a significant percentage of the entire office offering here. And, although this type of workspace solution hasn't been very popular among tenants for a long time, nowadays, everything seems to change. Different factors can explain the continuously growing interest in flexible office solutions in the city. As one of the most prominent cities in the Guangdong province, Guangzhou fastly develops into the region's innovation, scientific and tech hub. At present, the megacity has the third-largest number of national high-tech enterprises (over 11,000) and is home to the majority of the province's university personnel and scientific and technological workers. Guangzhou is a popular hub for investments in China. Nowadays, it hosts multiple international corporations, including some Fortune 500 companies. Many young businesses are flowing to the region in search of opportunities and coworking spaces in Guangzhou are where these opportunities await. Coworking in Guangzhou has many advantages, even if you want to compare this office to a traditional private one. As it has already been mentioned, it is a flexible kind of work suite, which means that tenants can find a venue maximally adjusted to their needs. Secondly, coworking is more affordable than a core office. Last but not least, shared office space in Guangzhou is where various events are held to bring people from multiple backgrounds together, helping them build synergies, share experiences, knowledge, and, as a result, bring businesses to new levels. The tertiary industry (service sector) is one of the main contributors to Guangzhou's GDP. At present, the top tenants in the coworking in Guangzhou work in ICT, design, art, etc. Actually, shared office facilities are often a part of the dynamic commercial, entertainment, and living complexes. So, becoming a tenant here, you will always have everything at hand.
