Business center for rent on Ottostrasse, Cologne Loevenich

We have an office space (fully furnished) available at our headquarters in Cologne-Lövenich.

8 workstations are already fully and modernly equipped. We would like to rent out 6 of these workstations. Anything from 1 to 6 workstations is possible.

The office is equipped with height-adjustable desks from InWerk, top office chairs from Rohde & Grahl, technology such as monitors and Lenovo docking stations, copiers, etc.

We currently do not use the space ourselves, but keep 2 workstations open. Currently, we have a few freelancers who occasionally use the workstations.

The office is part of the headquarters. We trade in premium second-hand products. We buy them, prepare them, and distribute them further. Therefore, we have around 10 people on site full-time, primarily working in the showroom, warehouse, preparation, and other offices.

We share a small meeting room that is directly adjacent to the office for rent. There is also a fully equipped kitchen on the same floor for shared use, as well as a restroom.

There is the possibility to order lunch daily through Mealmates. We use the service ourselves, and you would have access to placing orders (€7.50 per lunch).

The workstations are rented out with a mutual notice period of 1 month at €350 net per workstation.

We look forward to shared breaks, exchanges of mutual interest, etc. We are open to social interaction and not just an anonymous setup, although it is not mandatory.
