We will be opening its fourth Berlin office at KUD15 Gloria Berlin in autumn. With rented space of over 1.950 m², the office will comprise the entire art nouveau complex being developed at Ku’damm 12–15. This is where 42 exclusive, quiet offices and three elegant conference rooms will be available to you from September 2020. We are taking great care and applying the highest levels of professionalism to breathe new life into the building. In doing so, we are translating the fantastic tales that the building has to tell into puristic design for an elegant workspace.

The building on Kurfürstendamm 15, also known as Mampes gute Stube, is a truly legendary address and one of Berlin’s hottest properties. Built by architect Richard Beyme in 1889, this residential and office building is one of the early examples of magnificent architecture on the boulevard. From September 2020, we will be offering modern and luxurious workspaces, flexible offices and elegant conference rooms in the building. Here, the latest requirements of individual workspaces will be seamlessly combined with our experience, which stretches back over 23 years.

The workspaces, the address, the history – KUD15 Gloria Berlin represents the epitome of prestige. We will capture this flair and carefully translate it into a puristic, minimalist design aesthetic. Lots of little details will communicate the impressive history of the building: initially opened as an inn by spirit manufacturers Mampe, the listed building was, for decades, a meeting place for artists, the literati and the Bohemians of Berlin. It was with good reason that Joseph Roth wrote his world-famous novel Radetzky March here. The famous Mampe elephants, original stuccoed ceilings and tile stoves are all reminiscent of this time. In the ground floor, three historical rooms have even been preserved. This results in a unique symbiosis within a unique setting on Ku’damm – home to your new workplace from September 2020.
