Rent Adjustment
The base rent is adjusted annually, as of January 1st, based on the development of the net price index, with a minimum of 2%, first time as of January 1st, 2024.
Deposit
A deposit equivalent to 6 months of the current base rent is calculated. The deposit serves as security for the tenant's compliance with its obligations, according to the signed lease agreement. This includes payment of operating and heating contributions, etc.

Common expenses, which are part of the above rent, include cleaning of common areas, electricity consumption, and internet.
Operating Expenses
