At Ringstedhave, it is possible to rent our beautiful conference room of 64 square meters.
In the room, there are tables and chairs for a maximum of 30 people (however, only 16 people can sit when Covid-19 guidelines need to be followed).
The conference room is equipped with a projector and several whiteboards.
There is wheelchair access with a step-free entrance and a disabled toilet. Additionally, there are 2 other toilets.
Furthermore, there is a cloakroom and lockable lockers. There is an accompanying kitchen with a refrigerator, sink, tableware, coffee machine, and kettle.
Catering can be arranged. It includes: pastries, fruit, coffee, tea, water, lunch sandwiches from Cafe Ingeborg, and afternoon cake.
If needed, we have 3 sets of 2-part massage tables and 3 remote-controlled beds available for rent.
Cleaning is included.
Prices:
Room rental: 2,000 DKK per day
Catering: 120 DKK per participant
Massage tables with bed linen: 500 DKK per day
