This office is commonly referred to as the "penthouse office" and is perfect for architects, consultants, and others who desire an attractive and peaceful work environment in our coworking space in the center of Roskilde.
With direct access from Jernbanegade, you and your colleagues can have a fantastic base in this lovely city office on the 1st floor. The space features high ceilings, some slanted walls, raw white walls, and beautiful wooden floors - plus, an added bonus: your very own balcony where you can enjoy breaks, for example.
Over the years, the office has been arranged in various ways, including with three workstations and a meeting table. The current tenant, a lawyer, has set up the space with a workstation and a meeting table. There are many possibilities, and together we can find a solution for you.
In the building, you will be neighbors with five other companies and have access to a video studio, a podcast studio, and two meeting rooms. From the meeting rooms, there is access to building 2, where you can use our training room, where you can gather teams of up to 24 people.
Just a few steps further - and you are in the Main Building (building 3). Here, there are an additional 18 offices and an area for hot desks. There is also another meeting room, a mute box, a lounge, and a café. In the lounge, you and your colleagues can have lunch together with the other 50 resident companies in BusinessHouse.
During the summer, we often enjoy lunch in our garden, where we sometimes also barbecue. The garden is connected to our last building (4), which includes eight offices and a basement for archives.
In our coworking space, we emphasize community. We host Christmas parties, Friday bars, Halloween events, Easter lunches, workshops, lectures, and many other events - all to maintain and strengthen our well-functioning community.
A team of service assistants ensures that our coworking space is always in top condition. There is daily cleaning of offices and common areas, so everything is neat and clean for you, your colleagues, and your guests. Our handymen are always available to help with any rearrangements.
The owner of the coworking space is always present in the building, and with his background in IT, there is always help available if your computer is acting up. Additionally, he helps ensure that your ideas are quickly put into action - for example, if we need to scale up or down with workstations.
