The lease:

Size:

Rent:
The monthly rent is DKK 102,403.67, plus an advance payment for operating and heating expenses, amounting to DKK 760.00 per m².

Rent adjustment:
The base rent is adjusted annually, as of January 1st, based on the development of the net price index, with a minimum of 2%, first adjustment as of January 1st, 2026.

Deposit:
A deposit equivalent to 6 months of the current base rent is calculated. The deposit serves as security for the tenant's compliance with its obligations under the lease agreement, including payment of operating and heating contributions, etc.

Heating:
An annual (calendar year) heating account is prepared, distributing heating costs among all leases.

Operating expenses:

Termination:
