Vallensbaek is a seaside western suburb of the Danish capital city - Copenhagen, which forms its own municipality, which, in its turn - is the smallest one in the country. The region is subdivided into three parts, occupies a significant geographical location right next to the Brøndby Strand, Ishøj, and Alberstlund. Vallensbaek, similar to other sites in Denmark, has experienced a substantial urban development with the establishment of the train station there. The latter was the first stage on the Køge Bay Line that opened in 1972. The local marina, being one of the four stretching along the Køge Bugt Beach Park, serves as an ideal place for recreation, and leading businesses in the hospitality sector. The municipality is home to a range of renowned Danish companies - Novo Nordisk, Maersk Group, Netcompany, Maersk Drilling, and many others. Warehouse spaces for rent in Vallensbaek draw tenants primarily by the locations they occupy. The town is well served by different means of transport routes, including Køge Bugt Motorway in the south and the Holbæk Motorway in the north.
