Tenants have access to high-quality shared spaces including comfortable break areas, quiet retreat spaces for meetings such as Teams calls, restroom facilities, and the option to book larger meeting rooms on an hourly basis.


Rents for individual workstations are €160/month or €210/month (VAT 0%). The rent includes furnishing of the workspaces, cleaning of the premises, coffee in the break area, fast wireless internet connection (500/500 M), consumption of electricity and water in the office, and an energetic host service. Tenants also have the right to use the building's shower facilities and bicycle parking.

Rental agreements are made with a one (1) month notice period, and the price depends on whether it is a fixed or mobile workstation.
