Liikenneyhteydet
Saavutettavuus on erinomainen joka kulkumuodolla. Ruoholahden metroasema on noin 300 metrin päässä, ja raitiovaunu- ja bussipysäkit ovat aivan talon edessä, raitiovaunulinjat 7, 8 ja 9 mukaan lukien. Helsingin päärautatieasemalle on matkaa noin 1,6 kilometriä ja Helsinki-Vantaan lentoasemalle noin 20 kilometriä. Autolla talolle pääsee sujuvasti Länsiväylää pitkin.
