Office for rent on Rue Turenne, Bordeaux

Private closed office of 29 sqm for 6 people, on the 2nd floor with elevator of a 1,200 sqm Bordeaux mansion in stone, in the heart of the Saint-Seurin - Fondaudège district. Bright and quiet, illuminated with natural light under its large circular suspension, it comes furnished and ready to use: six workstations, ergonomic chairs, storage shelves. You can start with three workstations and expand to six without moving. All-inclusive rent: €2,100 excluding taxes per month, i.e. €350 excluding taxes per workstation. Included in this price: access to four meeting rooms for 4 to 8 people, fiber wifi, cleaning, coffee, 24/7 secure badge access, and reception of your visitors during the day. Service contract, one-month notice, no security deposit, no 3/6/9 lease. The mansion offers what no office building does: a 400 sqm garden hidden from the city noise, for breaks, lunches, afterworks, and events for up to 150 people; an on-site restaurant with homemade, organic, seasonal cuisine, from breakfast to afterwork, with catering service for your meetings; a yoga studio and an event showroom for 35 people. We support companies in their development: you can add workstations when you hire, change offices without changing address, and the price per workstation decreases at each level (from €450 for a single workstation to €330 for more than 6 workstations). Tram D at an 8-minute walk, bus at 3 minutes, bike racks at the door.
