The building covers about 23,000 sq m., of which 22,000 sq m. are for offices, 1,000 sq m. for commerce, plus about 250 parking spaces. The Park Ofer HaCarmel complex is located near Matam Haifa Park, a major bus station and “Hof HaCarmel” train station.
