Coworking for rent on 5 de Mayo, Oaxaca de Juarez

Barrio de Jalatlaco gives 5 de Mayo 217-B its strongest sense of place, with the neighbourhood’s long-established streetscape, churches and cultural identity shaping daily life around the office. You’ll be based in one of Oaxaca de Juárez’s most recognisable historic quarters, with the Centro Histórico de Oaxaca close at hand and its UNESCO-listed civic and religious landmarks reinforcing the area’s connection to the city core.
For the working day, the wider centre brings together practical access and established institutions. Terminal de Autobuses de Oriente (ADO) Oaxaca provides the city’s principal intercity coach connections, while Hospital General “Dr. Aurelio Valdivieso” and the Universidad Autónoma Benito Juárez de Oaxaca add important public and academic anchors nearby. You’ll also be well placed for Oaxaca’s best-known public and cultural settings, including the Zócalo de Oaxaca and Alameda de León, Templo de Santo Domingo de Guzmán, the Museo de las Culturas de Oaxaca, Jardín Etnobotánico de Oaxaca, Mercado Benito Juárez and Mercado 20 de Noviembre.
