We offer 11 private studios and 10 desks to productive visual artists in Oslo who are looking for a great place to work.

​As an important part of our office you will have access to one of Oslo's most proactive creative communities, designed specifically for artists and designers. You will receive a free membership, special discounts on classes and events, and access to our large space (65+kvm) where we encourage you to host your own artistic events.

​Silkscreen access on site can be added onto your rental, for a 500kr per month fee. 

We offer a large full kitchen as well as 3 bathrooms, shower, library, large meeting room, and sauna. Also probably the best people watching spot in the city. 

​All rooms are the same price per m² and include Blank Space membership, common costs, internet, electricity. (ie: no hidden surprises!)

AVAILABLE WORKSPACES:

• ​Personal / Fixed Desks:

We have a large room with 8 desks in an open landscape, each comes with a metal lockable shelf as well as 8-slots of a common IKEA KALLAX Shelf. 

This is your desk - no sharing necessary! 
Cost: 2000kr per month (flat)

• Shared Workspaces:
  We have 2 large rooms where artists have an area marked off for them - great for painters or designers who need more than just a desk. Share the lockable private room with 2-3 other artists / designers.
  
  Cost: 2500kr per month (flat)

• Room A:
  22 kvm in a nice "L" shape - beautiful views from the large windows with lots of natural lighting - but if you get too warm, open a window and get the beautiful Oslo fjord breeze right in! Great for groups.
  
  Cost: 8800kr per month (flat)

• Room K:
  16 kvm corner office with 2 walls of windows. Fits 3 persons nicely, more depending on how much stuff you have. Great lighting throughout the afternoon.
  
  Cost: 6800kr per month (flat)
