After the summer, one of the cultural heritage units at the Glass Factory will be available. The offices are completely renovated and located in the annex to the Södermalm District Administration's premises.

The ground floor accommodates 6 workstations and the upper floor 8. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 toilets, shower, laundry facilities but also private entrance and own patio.

The offices are designed as townhouses on two levels and very private. Several of the tenants have furnished the ground floor with lounge furniture or sofas for informal meetings and lunch breaks, while the room next door serves as a conference room or private office. The upper floor consists of two rooms. Here you can furnish a private office for 1-2 people, while the other room has space for 6 people.

Tenants in these offices range from security companies with 24/7 service to recruitment agencies, but also exciting companies from the IT industry, among others.
