We currently have two offices available, as well as hot desks and dedicated desks.

Our promotions for January/February are the following:

• Monthly hot desks, $100/ a month
• Dedicated desks $300/ a month
• And our offices range from $700 to $1000 a month

All of these spaces include front desk services, printing, optical fiber high-speed internet, a physical address, discounted production insurance, access to a green screen room, the theater, and workshop spaces, coffee & tea, ADA bathrooms, and access to the biggest filmmaker and media maker community in Florida.

Located in an excellent area of Downtown Miami, we are a not for profit organization that leads the way for independent filmmakers and content creators of the greater Miami area. Our goal is to give a strong backing to South Florida’s creative community, while bringing awareness to our local talent through our film screenings, educational workshops, and networking events.

We also provide private offices for rent, desk spaces for rent, and hourly studio access for creatives looking for a home to produce content. 

At the moment, we have two office spaces available, ranging from $1000-$1200 per month. At 300-360 square feet, both spaces come equipped with storage and amenities such as internet, electricity, water, and production supplies. 

Front desk greeting and assistance will be available daily, along with access to the meeting room, theater room, and green screen room upon request. Video conferences are also available.

Our 300 square foot office fits up to 3 people, while our 360 square foot office fits up to 6. Secure indoor parking is also available at $140 per month. 

We are located at 168 SE 1st Street, Miami, FL 33131, on the third floor of the Huntington Building. Our location is within walking distance to a number of varied restaurant options, as well as a Whole Foods Market.
