Luxury Office Space with Conference Room
The Luxury Common & Office Space A is exposed to a great deal of natural light. Office A is a private office with a door. In general, the space is modern, inviting, well maintained and clean. Its a professional environment and great space to meet clients for conversation and conduct business. The Conference Room is an additional space for meetings/interviewers and working sessions. The building/common areas are shared. Parking is available at no additional cost.
Building & Office A is accessible Monday - Friday 6 am - 9:50 pm only. The Building & Office A is not to be accessed on Saturdays & Sundays. Guest's clients may enter the frontage of the building between the hours 9 am - 4pm Monday - Friday. After 4pm, the front entrance to the building is locked.
For security, an access code is granted to enter the building. The access is for the Guest use only; sharing the code is strictly prohibited and is a violation of usage. If you are the last to leave ensure only 2 specified lights remain on in the interior. Ensure back door is locked upon exiting. A key will be given to access Office A. The key is not to be duplicated.
Access to the building's wifi will be granted; no other Information Technology (IT) services, equipment or installation of equipment is available. No Fax capabilities provided. Guest can bring a wifi enabled printer for guest use.
No profanity or boisterous talking; behavior is expected to align with a business/professional atmosphere at all times; including guest's clients.
No pets of any kind.
Harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited
Attire is professional business or business casual at all times.
Use: The conference room must be reserved to utilize. If the guest's conference room reservation is no longer needed; the reservation must be released immediately. Refrain from using the ledge in the conference room or main area as additional seating.
Keep all common areas clean by pickup or wiping up after oneself and guests/clients. Kitchen counter tops and microwave must be wiped clean after each use.
Refrain from using the microwave to cook items that produce odors i.e. fish, popcorn.
Beverages & refrigerator is not available to guest or guest's clients
No firearms permitted
No illegal activity permitted
Wifi usage is not permitted for illicit or pornographic websites
No Smoking, Drugs or Alcohol in the building, on the premises or within 50 ft of the premises.
No portable heaters allowed.
Guest strongly encouraged to obtain property insurance; host is not responsible or liable for guest personal property or guest's clients personal property
Guest shall not remove or consume anything that belongs to the host.
No subleasing allowed
It takes a 12 minutes walk to reach the office from the nearest bus station. Being fully furnished, the office is a ready-made work space.
