Additionally, tenants have access to our IT infrastructure, including a copier/printer/scanner with consumables (fair use), as well as our fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee (fair use). The cost of daily cleaning is also included in the price.Furthermore, we offer our high-tech meeting room (including a projector and video conferencing system) for up to 26 hours per month. Beyond that, the meeting room can be rented for EUR 10.00 net per hour.For phone calls, two telephone booths are available free of charge.Located at a prominent address in a Ringstrasse palace (Palais Schey von Koromla), the entrance to the Burggarten is right outside the front door.
