Business center for rent on Goethegasse, Vienna

We are renting out a lockable workspace in our office, which is approximately 50m2 in size. The room can accommodate up to 13 workstations. It is equipped with work desks, ergonomic chairs, table lamps, and shelves for storage. The room also has air conditioning, and access is available 24/7.

The rental fee includes all operating costs, and each workstation is provided with WLAN/LAN (300/30MBit) internet access. Additionally, tenants have access to our IT infrastructure, including a copier/printer/scanner with consumables (fair use), as well as our fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee (fair use). The cost of daily cleaning is also included in the price.

Furthermore, we offer our high-tech meeting room (including a projector and video conferencing system) for up to 26 hours per month. Beyond that, the meeting room can be rented for EUR 10.00 net per hour.

For phone calls, two telephone booths are available free of charge.

Located at a prominent address in a Ringstrasse palace (Palais Schey von Koromla), the entrance to the Burggarten is right outside the front door. Here, you can enjoy fresh air and relax during your lunch break in the middle of the city. Due to its central location, all types of public transportation are nearby.

Ready for occupancy from July 1, 2022.

A three-month notice period applies for termination at the end of the month.

We can offer special conditions for our tenants at a nearby fitness center.
