The U4 Pilgramgasse station is a 2-minute walk away.
The existing space has been completely gutted except for the load-bearing brick walls. A new room within a room serves as a catalyst and nucleus for future use. The self-sufficient, flexibly usable space is fully equipped with infrastructure and separates itself climatically (ventilation, sound, warmth) from the raw construction context, visually connecting strongly with the semi-transparent walls. This nucleus serves as an ideal place for developing and brainstorming ideas.
The entire lab is approximately 70 m2, can be used as a coworking/office space, and is ideal for freelancers and companies. Up to four work desks can also be used as hot desks. We are architects and have our office in the adjacent premises directly on the street. The coworking space is suitable for various industries. Tables, shelves, chairs, WiFi internet, 24/7 access are included, and a company sign can be displayed.
