Meeting room for rent on Vivenotgasse, Vienna

MILA's community room is open to everyone! Bright, friendly, and flexibly equipped, it offers 52 m² of space for approx. 30 people - ideal for workshops, seminars, retreats, children's birthday parties, neighborhood projects, yoga, or small cultural events.

What you can expect:

• Bright, quiet room with a pleasant atmosphere

• The furnishings can be easily adapted to your needs – whether you need rows of chairs for a presentation, tables for collaborative work, or an open space for movement. There are 8 tables and 30 armchairs.

• Important basic equipment on site (including flipchart, presentation case, projector, screen, speakers, etc.)

• Barrier-free access, accessible toilet on the 1st floor

• Central location: Krichbaumgasse 25, 1120 Vienna – right in the MILA participatory supermarket

• Very easy to reach: U6 Niederhofstraße, Meidling train station within walking distance

• Catering made easy: Right next door at MILA – good & affordable

• Kitchen for shared use as a tea kitchen – ideal for breaks, snacks, or drinks (dishes are available)

Booking times & prices

• Morning (7:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.): €150

• Afternoon (1:00 p.m.–5:30 p.m.): €150

• Evening (6:00 p.m.–9:30 p.m.): €200

• Full day (morning + afternoon): €250

(All prices are gross, including taxes)
Bookings are possible on all weekdays. The community room and kitchen can be booked together or separately.

Kitchen: For full-day cooking workshops or intensive use, the kitchen can be used in its entirety on Wednesdays and Sundays only, by arrangement and for an additional fee.

MILA members receive a 50% discount on bookings.

Booking:
The booking calendar is available via the Anny platform. There you can easily select the desired time period online - by the day, morning, afternoon, or evening.
