The station also operates local routes, and the surrounding area is served by the Brecht Wemersweg and Brecht Oude Veldstraat bus stops. For lunch, grab a bite to eat at the Stapelhoeve bvba café. After work, you can enjoy traditional dining at the upscale Torsk restaurant. Take a stroll round Het Marum Park, an idyllic area of woodland a 10-minute drive from the centre.
