Meeting room for rent on Limmatquai, Zurich Altstadt

The historic building "Zürcherhof" is being converted into a first-class office building in a prominent location at Bellevueplatz in Zurich. The overall renovation has already begun, and beautiful offices and meeting rooms, which will be available from mid-2023, are currently under construction. The first office at Zürcher Bahnhofstrasse 10 was already opened in 2016. After Zurich I and Geneva, this is another joint project with PSP Swiss Property.The new office at Zürcher Limmatquai 4 will be built to a high standard and will feature additional balconies and an idyllic rooftop terrace, creating attractive outdoor areas. The "Zürcherhof" is particularly appealing due to its location in the historic old town directly on the shores of Lake Zurich. At the same time, the transportation connection is excellent, right next to Bellevue. The ground floor of the new office will house smaller shops and a café, further enhancing the attractive environment. In total, approximately 1,200 square meters with 85 workstations, 28 offices, a fireplace lounge, two meeting rooms, digital rooms, silent cubes, and phone booths will be created.
