We rent several desk workspaces in our beautiful loft premises. The office is bright, has high ceilings, and is open and spacious.
The workspaces are located within a six-person configuration in a separate area enclosed by glass doors, as well as in the open area.
The total area of the office is 170 sqm; the use of the cozy courtyard, a conference and brainstorming room with a writable whiteboard wall, and the small kitchen in the basement are included.
In the immediate vicinity, there are many nice restaurants, shops, and several tram and S-Bahn stops (direct connection to the main train station: 10 minutes). The building is a former hundred-year-old production hall. It was completely renovated in 2008 and is located in a small courtyard.
Desk workspace in a six-person configuration:
210.00 euros net per month plus 19% VAT.
Including utilities, shared use of the specified premises, use of color printer (fair use), and Wi-Fi.

Option: Basement storage space (dry):
15.00 euros net per month plus 19% VAT.
Meeting / brainstorming room:
We also rent out our great 19 sqm coaching/seminar and brainstorming room with a writable whiteboard wall on an hourly or daily basis. It is part of our loft-like office space and suitable for small groups of up to 6 people.
Use of the kitchen and cozy courtyard, presentation screen, as well as drinking water and Wi-Fi included.
Upon request, coffee/tea and moderation supplies can be added.
40 euros/hour (minimum booking duration: 2 hours)
