The dropping vacancy rates and the growing number of startups and freelancers have affected the workspace market in Wuppertal. Temporary office rental became a real competitor of the traditional tenancy agreement. This type of space rental is rather flexible in terms of location, duration, the number of workspaces and the amenities. Things like additional workspaces, meeting and convention centres can now be rented separately, which allows cutting costs on unnecessary things. In terms of location, many office giants like Regus or WeWork allow you to work in any office around town/country/world if you have a flexible tenancy agreement with them. Cost-efficiency and spread out payments empower young businesses by leaving them funds for further improvement. Companies in Wuppertal are attracted by numerous benefits of flexible office spaces and the demand for them continues to grow.
