We have a spacious office (about 50m²) in Solingen-Wald and are looking for a sublet partner for a real office community. We share everything - the space, the resources, the energy. And for that, the chemistry has to be right.

• Tiles are fully laid, furnishings are partly available, but will definitely be provided upon moving in. Therefore, we can also accommodate your individual preferences!

You need to know honestly:

The office is camera-monitored - theft and vandalism have no chance here. The recordings are automatically deleted after a short time. This is not paranoid, but protection for everyone. If you're okay with that, it fits.

How it works:

Viewing is mandatory - and with a real getting-to-know each other. We will see together if we are a good fit. A short viewing is quickly done, terminating a sublease agreement is not so easy.
