The premises are now available and offer space for individuals or teams of 2 to 10 people, with the option to combine for larger teams. The offices are fully furnished, including height-adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs, and technical equipment, so you can start right away. Three offices have their own phone booth.

The location is designed for productivity and networking: high-speed internet, meeting and community rooms, as well as technical infrastructure (e.g. for conferences and podcasts) are available. Services such as mail handling and maintenance are provided, allowing tenants to focus on their core business.
