MaxxHeim - Innovative office spaces
The MaxxHeim is the latest major construction project in the renowned Eastsite office park, offering approximately 7,000 m² of state-of-the-art office space with modern equipment, of which around 3,800 m² are available for rent.
The project stands out for its sustainable construction with cutting-edge building technology, providing a pleasant working atmosphere for future users through floor-based cooling, heating, and ventilation.
