From September 1st, there will be available fixed desks on the ground floor. Each person will have their own desk in a quiet office community, not just a random spot to find every morning.
In addition to the fixed desks, private offices can be rented for individuals, separate from the large room. These offices can accommodate six to eight desks, allowing a whole team to work behind their own door while still using the house's common areas. This is the only closed office in the house that will be available.
Both options include access to meeting rooms, kitchen, and lounge. There are shower facilities in the house, and a lunch plan can be added. The house also rents out spaces for meetings, dinners, and events.
The house has its own community with a running club, Friday bars, and shared events, and on the other floors, established software companies are located. It is an office community for people who work seriously and want matching surroundings.
Spaces can be rented per desk or per office with a three-month notice period.
