Schiller Office Hotel is a state-of-the-art office building of 10,000m2 with a range of shared facilities that create a professional environment for your company and also offer the best possible conditions for your employees' well-being.

Parking and transportation:
We have our own parking lot where a license can be purchased for just 250 DKK per month. On the premises, there are 10 charging stations for electric cars via Spirii. Skjold Plads Metro and public bus transportation are only 50 meters from our entrance.

Kitchen, canteen, and catering:
We operate our own kitchen and canteen where a large lunch buffet is served daily, as well as brunch on Fridays. We also offer freshly prepared catering for meetings, events, etc.

IT, network, and internet:
We have our own IT infrastructure based on professional equipment from Cisco and HP, and we can offer up to 10/10GB fiber connection to our residents with uptime guarantee and SLA.

Meetings and conferences:
In our meeting center, meetings can be held for 4-20 people, and we also have meeting rooms and meeting boxes located throughout the building that can be used as needed. In our Ballroom, meetings, conferences, and events for up to 150 people can be held.

Garden, Lounge bar, etc.:
We have our own self-service bar and lounge where companies gather for Friday bars and social events. In the summer, our garden is an oasis for both a green workspace or just a break in the sun.

Coffee and Tea:
We offer free coffee and tea in all our solutions, but there is also the option to purchase Barista coffee through our professional self-service Franke and Thermoplan machines.

350m2 co-work office:
In our co-work office, there are workstations with their own desk, chair, drawer, and shelf that can be rented on a fixed agreement. The office also has exclusive access to meeting boxes, meeting rooms, and its own tea kitchen. The co-work office is conveniently located near the meeting center and the rest of the building and also has its own entrance from Tagensvej where our parking spaces are located right outside the door.
