The capital city has everything necessary and even more to become your best spot for commercial accommodation. Its economy is resilient to global downturns, and its workforce pool is one-of-a-kind in Scandinavia. Still, to rent a workspace there, tenants need to stand a fierce competition and pay a considerable sum of money. Copenhagen municipality grows very fast, adding more and more regions, attracting new residents, vendors, and investors.
