Is there a more dynamic, robust, and prosperous place to settle a business in Denmark than Copenhagen? The capital city has everything necessary and even more to become your best spot for commercial accommodation. Its economy is resilient to global downturns, and its workforce pool is one-of-a-kind in Scandinavia. Still, to rent a workspace there, tenants need to stand a fierce competition and pay a considerable sum of money. Copenhagen municipality grows very fast, adding more and more regions, attracting new residents, vendors, and investors. Yet, not everyone is ready to spend a fortune on renting business space in the very heart of the capital city; they often want to stay closer to natural landscapes, avoid overcrowding, etc. In order to satisfy their needs for office space, tenants are often looking for a little bit distant neighbourhoods, like, e.g. Brønshøj. The latter district is found in about a 6 kilometres distance from the centre of Copenhagen and is well served by public transport. It doesn’t take more than 20 minutes to get to the heart of the capital. The rental fees for office spaces in Brønshøj are lower than those in Copenhagen City Centre, and, despite the fact that the market doesn’t offer as many solutions as more central parts of the city, the available ones don’t differ much in terms of facilities.
