Munkebjerg Business Park - High-end offices in Odense
We develop and build for our own portfolio, and therefore we have a strong focus on both administration, operation, and maintenance, which is carried out by our own organization of dedicated employees.

In the summer of 2020, we proudly opened phase 1 of Munkebjerg Business Park and welcomed strong companies such as PwC, Nykredit, Totalkredit, Erhvervshus Fyn, as well as Lidl in a separate building.

The ambitions for the construction of phase 2 are just as high as they were when we built and furnished phase 1.
We are constructing approximately 8,000 m² of office space, etc. in phase 2, which will be located directly on Niels Bohrs Alle.
Rental can be done in many area combinations from approximately 500 sqm and up to a total headquarters of approximately 8,000 sqm.
The building will appear beautiful and exciting with staggered facades, as well as a set-back 4th floor, which allows for large roof terraces with a view towards the center.
The building will accommodate several companies, all of which will participate in the shared facilities such as the canteen on the top floor - and with large view terraces - meeting rooms, etc.
