A 450 m2 high-ceiling warehouse building in Skovlunde with an electric gate is available for rent. The rental includes storage shelves as part of the lease. We are renting out our warehouse hall B and we live on the property ourselves.
The location is optimal in relation to the highway network, with good access to the property and parking facilities.
Separate meters for electricity, district heating, and water will be installed based on square meters or by agreement. A previous tenant has built a separate unit in the warehouse with an insulated office that can accommodate 1 to 2 people. This is not included in the lease by default but can be arranged separately.
Monthly rent is 25,000 DKK excluding VAT. Internet is available in the premises and included in the price.
The property is equipped with video surveillance both inside and outside the hall, as well as around the building. There are extensive alarm systems, a gate at the back door, and powerful floodlights over the gate with sensors for easy use at all times of the day. The tenant can be connected to the alarm and video systems separately.
The hall is well-lit with LED sources and has plenty of natural light from 20 large skylights. There is a day door in the premises that can be used as an entrance.

3 months' rent in advance + 3 months' deposit required. The lease has a 6-month notice period.
We live at the same address and are looking for a tenant with whom we can establish a good cooperation. We need one or two pallet racks in the hall for storage. Toilet facilities are in our office building.
It is not possible to rent the hall for activities involving noisy machinery, workshops, or activities causing odors, etc. We prefer a tenant who will use it for storage and possibly transshipment, etc. It is possible to place a container on the premises.
