Well-being services include a renovated gym, massage and personal trainer services, and modern shower and dressing facilities.

Valla is located in Ruoholahti right next to the metro station, providing excellent connections to Helsinki city center and the rest of the metropolitan area. The property's two-story parking garage has direct access from Länsiväylä. The garage is equipped with electric vehicle charging points, and drivers also have access to car wash services, tire changing, and tire storage.
