Hämeentie 19 is a functionalist gem located in Sörnäinen, originally completed in 1933 as the headquarters of the Cooperative Wholesale Society (OTK). A unique feature of the building is the still operational paternoster elevator that continuously moves between floors 1-6. The complex also includes Käenkuja 1-3, a recently completely renovated industrial-style office building located near the bustling Hämeentie but in its own tranquility.
